How much does computer repair cost?
Standard diagnostics start at $95. Many repairs and upgrades start at $95 plus parts. On-site support is $120 per hour and remote support is $95 per hour. Complex or intermittent problems may cost more; we discuss pricing before additional repair work.
Is same-day service available?
Same-day help may be available depending on the problem, parts, and schedule. Call or text to confirm availability before bringing in your equipment.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes—contact us before visiting. Our Boise location is appointment only. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; weekends and after-hours visits are by appointment and may carry additional fees.
Can you help remotely?
Many Windows, email, printer, software, and configuration problems can be handled remotely when the computer starts and has a working internet connection. Physical repairs require hands-on service.
Can you recover my files?
Recovery depends on the device and the type of failure. Stop using a failing drive and contact us before attempting repairs or installing recovery software. We evaluate the situation and explain options, including specialized recovery when appropriate.
Should I repair or replace my computer?
We consider the computer’s age, condition, specifications, and repair cost. We explain the tradeoffs so you can decide whether a repair, upgrade, or replacement makes sense.
Do you support small businesses?
Yes. We help with workstations, Microsoft 365, printers, networks, Wi-Fi, backups, servers, migrations, and ongoing IT support. Projects and recurring support are quoted for your needs.
Where do you provide service?
We serve Boise and the Treasure Valley, including Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Star, Middleton, Garden City, and Idaho City. Emmett and nearby communities are available by arrangement. On-site availability and travel fees vary.
